This class is designed for those who have acquired the knowledge of the basics and are prepared to build on and expand from those fundamentals. New and renewing students may pay tuition for four consecutive weeks at class time with cash or check. We strongly recommend contacting us prior to class time for space availability.

This program is ongoing and renewable at four week intervals. Advance payment/registration is recommended by credit card or check via the convenience of PayPal. Check or cash is accepted at the time of class. Advance reservations guarantee class availability.
Please contact us in advance for space availability if you are planning to pay on your first day. Space is limited to 20 participants per class-hour and reserved for beginner/entry level participants. No experience necessary. Classes are open to women of all fitness levels and stages of life.
*Note: Credit/debit card payments must be verified through PayPal prior to class for credit. Please bring your receipt to class. Payment by cash or check can be made at the time of class. Class tuition is not refundable.
